About Kitchen Table Guide
Last updated October 31, 2026
Kitchen Table Guide explains final expense life insurance in plain English. It's the kind of money decision families talk over at the kitchen table, and it's easier to make calmly and ahead of time. So we show the limits too: waiting periods, what you'd pay in total, and who may not need a policy at all.
Who we are
Kitchen Table Guide is run by Card Gallery NC LLC, a business based in North Carolina. Our mailing address is 4214 West Wendover Ave #1012, Greensboro, NC 27407.
What we do
We explain how a product works, what affects its price and what to ask before you buy. If you want to talk it over with someone, our guide showswill soon show a phone number that connects you with a licensed insurance agent through a call network.
How we're paid
We are paid by a pay-per-call network when a call from our site connects to one of its partner insurance agencies. We are paid per call, not per policy. We receive no commission on any insurance you buy, and our pay does not depend on which policy or insurance company you choose. The call network is the only company that pays us.
What we are not
- We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency or an agent, and we do not sell insurance.
- We can't give advice about your own situation. A licensed agent or a financial professional can.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including Medicare and Social Security.
How we write our guides
We use public consumer guides from state insurance departments and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), and we list our sources and the date we checked them on each guide. We don't publish reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we don't invent experts. Our guides are written by the Kitchen Table Guide team.
